This route heads south from Eyemouth towards Ayton Castle and then up towards Lamberton Moor. After descending use the footbridge to cross the Whiteadder Water and on to Paxton village where you can visit nearby Paxton House.

Head north crossing the Whiteadder again towards the picturesque village of Foulden. A climb takes you up before descending past Bastleridge and onto Ayton to return to Eyemouth.
